By submitting a video in connection with this Contest, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set forth in the Official Rules.

Contest Period & Deadline:

Begins: October 1, 2011 at 12:00 AM PDT

Deadline: October 31, 2011 at 11:59 PM  PDT

Eligibility:

The contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (including the District of Columbia, but excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Province of Quebec, and any jurisdiction in which this type of contest is not permitted or which requires a bond) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. See Video Submission Contest Terms for complete eligibility requirements.

How to Enter:

Submit an original video that you would like Cheezburger to purchase by using the uploader located at http://upload.cheezburger.com/ or submit via email at failblogvideos@cheezburger.com. Cheezburger will review all submissions and will notify you if it would like to purchase your video.  For each video of yours purchased by Cheezburger, you will receive one entry into the Contest.

Xbox 360 250GB Console with Kinect** (or cash equivalent for non-U.S. residents)

Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

How Winner is Selected:

Each valid entry will be entered into a drawing from which one winner will be randomly chosen.

The winner will be notified by November 15, 2011, via email to the email address provided by the entrant at the time of submission.
