Perdy little Frenchie….:P I dunno, it only constitutes cruelty if it’s dangerous or discomforting to the dog. Same with “dressing them up”–it’s only bad if it somehow hurts or disadvantages them, restricts their freedom of movement, or what have you. This looks silly and humorous, but one needs to know how the lashes were applied in order to determine how advisable it was.
As someone who wears false eyelashes from time to time, I’m here to say that there’s only one way to apply: Glue. Its uncomfortable to peel them off and the glue often sticks to the lash causing further discomfort. Poor dog; this is taking it too far. Hopefully the owner has been shamed enough to think twice before doing such an crappy thing to an animal.
I hope this is ‘shopped but it doesn’t look like it. I wear false eyelashes all the time and have had glue in my eyes, definitely animal cruelty!

This is disturbing in so many ways..first of all, IF these false eyelashes are REALLY glued on this poor Frenchie…That is so horribly cruel and abusive, I don’t even know where to begin. And if they are you really shouldn’t own a dog until you learn what you should and shouldn’t do to it. There’s an epic failure here alight, but as a dog owner and a human being, but that’s about it.
