I’m gonna take a swing at it, two days later:
The person in the top (hereinafter referred to as “the dude in a wig”) is telling the person on the bottom (hereinafter referred to as “the girl”) to show the dude in a wig the girl’s tits. If the girl doesn’t show the dude in a wig her t¡ts, the dude in a wig is threatening to take a “One A Day” vitamin, even though the dude in a wig had already taken a One A Day vitamin that day. And… it’s a One A Day vitamin, so you shouldn’t take more than one per day?
My best guess.
