I’m familiar with cover and remix, but I’ve honestly never heard the term feat used when referring to music (outside of its normal dictionary definition).
Oh, then I probably have seen it used before, but I never considered it anything other than an abbreviation. Taken in context I don’t see how you could mistake it for something else, which I guess is the point of this particular posting.
Well, to be fair, it’s mostly only used in hiphop and dance genres. Some no-name artist/band will get some big name artist to let them sample a 1 second clip, and then slap his/her name all over the album so it sells on the name recognition of the person “featured”.
I know one group I can’t stand is Remastered. Most of their songs sound like dung and don’t bare any resemblance to the classic works they keep trying to cover.
However Digitally Remastered can do a really good job covering songs and they are usually nice enough to cover them when that particular song album or artist is having a round number anniversary.
We can clearly see that this person isn’t English, from the “hace 1 hora”, meaning this person first or second language is maybe not English, therefore he/she would not have the best vocabulary, or good experience with English. And this is where our question comes from
Feat and Remix are probably the most productive artists. How do they do it?
It’s a conspiracy! The truth will be revealed!
But not until spring.
Still doesn’t hold a candle to Anon and Trad.
Or the band “Live.” They’ve been in almost every song from every artist. Even ones who were dead before the 90′s!
Live=most versatile band ever. EVER.
He used to be a part of VA, but has recently gone solo!
SURELY this is just a joke. I used to say that “many more” used to be at every festival.
w… what?
Personally I prefer Various Artists, they have some great albums.
And what about Co Starring? He’s in almost every movie.
(In my language Co is a given name)

Feat. Is short for featuring, a term used in artist collaborations.

That band Greatest Hits is awesome. They’re able to record cover songs of all the other artists around. Where do they find the time to do ‘em all?

*However,
Too late. Beelzebub already has a devil put aside for you.

Swear fail
When I was a kid I always wondered why the characters’ names were always “Starring” and “And” on television.
My brother had a friend looking at his 8-tracks back in the day…he wanted to know who the band PUSH was on this album called “Head Cleaner”
“Plus opening act” plays all the best clubs.
WHO is F. King?
Not sure, the only Kings I know are B.B., Crimson, and Missile.
What, no King Diamond?
S**t, my bad.
Acoustic and Instrumental also seem to appear a ton. What’s up with that?
Who is feat? I always see his name but there is only like 2 people not feat.
im being dead serious, i dont understand why they put feat in loads of songs, why is this?

It is Ft. on all my song
Well, Coming Soon and In Theatre Now are my favorite movie franchise.
But who is feat?
