I don’t know if that’s photoshoped, but the holes looks to be facing downwards and hence not harmful.

This is probably Photoshopped. Look at the bottom two rows of the smaller holes. If they curved around at their location would suggest, the rows would remain in the same pattern. The bottom row has one of the holes taken out so as not to run off the edge of the slide.
Very well done shop though. I almost believed it for a minute.
