I know the designers intended to mean something completely different, but isn’t the “slide to unlock” function usually reserved for zippers on that part of the body? And what kind of sick bastard would put zippers on someone’s underwear?

It’s not a zipper–it says “slide to UNLOCK”. A zipper would be “slide to OPEN”.

Its not a fail. It doesn’t even say its a fail, its not listed on fail nation so it doesn’t necessarily have to be a fail. Also, foreplay includes a lot of different things, both involving panties to be on, or removed, or even played with. Your argument is therefore, invalid.
Did you read the caption below? They may not have called it a fail, but they treated it as one. The argument, therefore, is valid.
