What has happened to failbog?! It used to feature only real life, funny fails. Now it’s one big repost of memes and whatever pics are popular on reddit.
How is Jamie a unisex name? And why would it matter if it was unisex anyway? And why is something unfunny on Failblog?
It has to be unisex cause you don’t know what gender the white child will be till later.
Jamie is “acceptable” as both a male and female name. Jamie is a nick name for James, and Jamie is also a popular female name.
Because if you have 1 boy and 1 girl, and name the black boy “Michael” and have your white girl “Kenya” they’ll know who the boy is. Obviously.

You’ll call me a liar, but I know someone who did this. Natural-born white child named “Asia”, adopted Asian kid named “Rex”. For double confusion, the former is a girl, and the latter is a boy.
I worked with two girls named Aditi and Rachel once. One of them was tall, skinny, fair-skinned, with light blonde hair. The one was a small, nerdy Indian girl with glasses and curly hair. Guess which was which.
By the content of this post, the answer should be obvious.
