I guess the license plates in France and Brazil must look alike. A google image search should clarify that.

The scene does not that place in France, but in Brazil. The guy filming is speaking Portuguese, in fact saying “What did I say? It’s gonna end up bad. Look at that s**t! S**t, s**t…”.
The guy crammed in between the concrete recess could’ve screamed and warned them of their future stupidity results instead.
Also, he could have Not Let Go while two other people where still dependant on his help in not-getting-run-over. What an ass! I would never ask that guy to help me move.

That’s pretty much what I was going to say. You get the heavier, stronger people to push, and a lighter person in the car. If a stick shift, keep it in low gear, with the clutch in, so letting go of everything brings it to a stop. Also, for best effect, put your back to the car and push with your legs.
