I don’t get what’s going on with the snowplow? What’s the fail. Is it really just that there’s no snow…because that would really only be funny in an alternate reality where snowplows disintegrated when the snow melted.
I’ve got an umbrella, if I go film myself using it when it isn’t raining…is that funny?

The fail is that they saw there was no snow, sent out the plow anyway because they have a schedule that said there would be snow, and are wasting thousands plowing non-existent snow from an empty street.
