WHat?! Not remotely. She’s still beating that stupid flower thing into the ground (and it a pretty awful baby photographer at this point). This knitted outfit thing is the popular craze in boutique newborn photography (1-2 weeks old) and number of photographers can do this for you.
But not Anne Gedes, she’s still only taking pictures of babies in giant flowers.

It’s copyright infringement and 100% illegal to post an image with the logo chopped out (which is halfway visible btw). Might want to think about reposting things like this before you get sued.
Its copyight infrigement to use someones picture regardless you keep the logo or not.
This is not necessarily true. When I paid for my wedding photography, I made sure that I also got the rights to my pictures, so I can do whatever the hell I want with them. If the baby’s parents’ photography contract gives them rights to the pics they got of their kid, they can stick pictures all over the damn place, and if they didn’t want everyone seeing their new bundle of joy, they wouldn’t have posted the pic on the cheezburger network with the wild delusion that the picture wouldn’t get passed around.
I suspect if they parents brought the rights to all of the photos, they didn’t but the rights with the photographers logo all over them. Since it still bears part of the logo (upper right corner) if was probably some random person (not the parents) who posted this and the parent would probably be quite surprised their child’s photo is up on the Cheezburger network.

FYI, you have cropped out a watermark here. Which means that this image is a professional image and you DO NOT have the permission to display it on this site. You are in violation of federal copyright law and the penalty is a very steep fine and even imprisonment. This link is currently undergoing the rounds in the newborn professional photography world (and it’s a small one) so it won’t be long before the owner of the photograph is found. I highly suggest that you remove this image before that time.
