  7. guytoo says:

The frog is the natural enemy of the Negroe

    • JimiDragon says:

      Damn those French people.

But then how are there black Cajun people?

      • Doctor Whodunnit says:

        That’s a different ethnic group, Creoles. The Creole population had been in Louisana longer and so are concentrated around the older cities. {famously New Orleans}

Cajuns came later and so took residence in the largely unpopulated backwoods & swampy areas — “Cajun Country” is largely the heel area of Louisiana. Cajuns are descended from Acadians originally — Acadians used to live in what is now Canada (the region of Acadia) but after the British gained Canada many Acadians left the country. Louisiana was still a French colony so many Acadians ended up there.

There’s been some cuisine crossover, so you’ll find Cajun dishes served at Creole restaurants and vice versa, but food tradition transference is fairly common among neighboring people groups.

  15. Trekkie Gal says:

I think that’s more likely to be a toad. But either way, if these are the kind of guys that are defending our country, I certainly don’t feel very safe!

  16. ginger says:

LOL a froggie…i thought maybe it was a rat or something with all his screaming

    • Vomonte says:

Why is a rat any more scary then a frog? I realize a rat has teeth… but really, considering humans are much bigger then both, it seems to be irrational to be afraid of either.

(I am not saying I wouldn’t scream at a rat, I am just sayin that there is no logical reason to be that afraid of one)

Also, yes rats have teeth and can have rabies, but frogs could be poisonous and can carry salmonella. *shrug*

  17. Lia says:

Foreign countries will now know what kind of weapon to use on our troops after watching this video. Start worrying when you start seeing people gathering baskets of frogs. They aren’t just for sauteed frogs legs anymore.

  18. Pixie_Princesse says:

I don’t understand how people can be afraid of frogs or toads. It’s not like a snake or spider, where the majority of them will probably bite you and many of them are venomous. I even had frogs for pets once. I just don’t get it.
On a side note, how about that one dude’s cackle? Just in time for Halloween, no less.

  19. Lightice says:

Please tell me that those guys aren’t real soldiers.

  20. EggyHams says:

I knew a bunch of black guys like this in highschool that were afraid of any animals, dogs and cats included. They were also afraid of swim class. They would attach themselves to the side of the pool, along the wall, and refuse to swim out into the pool without holding onto something. I guess most people will cry “racist!”. Oh well. I seent it then, and I just seent it again in this video.

  21. Angry Mob says:

They shall receive the french badge in geniune fake gold

  22. Biermann says:

i still cant understand how anyone can be scared of a frog O_o

  23. Mountain Man says:

In other news, “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” was recently overturned by the Obama administration.

  24. Imgran says:

Heh. Urban kids. Probably never saw a wild animal in their lives. We all react with fear to what we haven’t seen before.

At least these are the lucky ones. You have to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be in the military, so you gotta give these guys some credit for being in the Army in the first place.

  25. Joe Schmoe says:

It is true, black folk are fearful of everything in nature except carp and catfish.

  26. Windoza says:

Obviously, frogs don’t taste like chicken.

  27. ftw says:

    laugh FAIL

  28. Dragon says:

I don’t know which is the funnier fail, the army running from a frog, or the fact that the video was started with a Marines ad.

  29. Jared says:

I clicked on this video to watch it and an add for The Marines played… i laughed my ass off! bahahaa

  30. Megan says:

Can someone tell me why black people are so terrified by the great outdoors?! Come on, your people came from Africa where they live in freaking huts in the middle of the wild for crying out loud!

    • Dah!!! says:

Same reason as White Americans are nothing like Europeans… Time passes.

You dont still live like your Ancestors do you?

  31. whiteGurls+asianGuys says:

    Gays in the military.

  32. Lukas says:

This video was even more funny after watching an advertisement on joining the American forces just before the video. So much for “the proud” or “the strong.”

  33. Jimmylou says:

That reaction is futile against the hypnotoad!

Also don’t join the army, they make you shoot children.
