And…what exactly is the fail here? Hospice is a real word and spelled correctly.
I think the fail is someone’s lack of extended vocabulary…
I’m assuming it’s the rather inappropriate halloween decoration inside the room. They probably should have gone with a jack o lantern.
Usually you’re in a hospice because you’re facing a life or death situation, and the first thing you see is a big blow up grim reaper waiting for you inside.

And…you’re an idiot. Maybe while you were looking it up, you could have read the definition.
A hospice is a place where people go because they have terminal illnesses.
I think the fail is the fact that it is a hospice, and the decoration is the Grim Reaper. Nothing like reminding dying people that they will soon die.
I think the fail is supposed to be that they put a grim reaper in a building that houses many people with terminal illnesses.
What if it’s the real Death?!?!
And just for some people’s reference Hospice is not just a place for the terminally ill.
