      You’re assuming that it’s taped to the door.
      The photo could be of the sign on a wall, next to the door.

    That looks like “autoclave tape.” Masking tape used to close sterile bundles, where the lighter strips turn black when exposed to heat and moisture – steam.
    Which means this notice pertains to a medical building of some sort.
    And that’s scary.

      Why? Did you forget that science in America is done increasingly by foreign students who may not speak English as a primary language, but whose technical expertise is unmatched by the inferior science education imparted on most American students?

    LOL at the “shopped” comments. I took this picture on a door on my campus’s theater building. Yes, this sign is on a building of higher edumacation.
