There are alot of things better than the Beatles: Nirvana, Slipknot, Hollywood Undead, System of a Down, KoЯn, Disturbed. I could Keep going but I can’t think of any more.

Silver Shadow, your extreme youth will get you a pass on this one. But you should know that without the Beatles, most of the music you know, wouldn’t have happened or been as good as it was/is.

There is a matter of respect. The Beatles inspired nearly every band you mentioned. AND in the case of Nirvana, both bands were groundbreakers.

Nirvana is waaaaay good, but nowhere nearly as good as the Beatles. The Beatles made possible ALL of those bands.

I’m younger than SilverShadow, and I think Beatles are better than System of A Down, Korn, Disturbed, just about everything on that list that wasn’t Nirvana.
The only ones that gave me pause were the Hollywood one, and the system one. Though the system one sounds familiar.

Sir, the Beatles were huge pioneers that paved the way to Modern Rock music. I like the bands listed above (except hollywood undead) but the Beatles beat them out by far.
