the first one isnt a fail, the name of the restaurant is trattoria, peroni is an italian beer and they are advertising it as their best selling beer. Dumbass americans thinking they have a fail, if you ever thought about the customs of other countries(advertising beer on signs outside the bar/restaurant) maybe we’d see you guys as just a little bit smarter than we already think you are
Are you retarded? The fail isn’t with the names – it’s the fact that the arrow isn’t pointing at the restaurant the sign is in front of. The sign’s written in English so it’s most likely an Italian restaurant in America. (though it could be England) So much for your European intelligence…
Why is the top one a fail. If anything it’s a win. The name on the sign is different than the name on the restaurant. To me, this looks like the competitor across the street hijacked this restaurant’s sidewalk.
Peroni is a beer, not a competing restaurant. Somebody probably turned the sidewalk sign around, so it pointed the wrong way. Quite possibly the same dude who took a picture and sent it to the failblog.
the first picture is not a fail if you look the sign is for a different restaurant called peroni but if you look on the top of the pic that restaurant is called trattoria the person who posted this was a FAIL
Peroni is a beer and ‘trattoria’ simply means “cheap restaurant” (though many trattorias are actually luxury restaurants or pubs nowadays). I can’t really tell but “This way” probably points some table outside in the street reserved to foreign customers. I doubt this is a real fail.
As far as the first one, it is a fail. Its a restaurant along 4th and Burrard in Vancouver, Canada. The only thing the sign is pointing to is a road and (perhaps) better restaurants across the street.
First one may not be a fail… this could be honesty!
Or someone thought it’d be a great joke to turn the sign around…
i hate it when that happens!
Not great to you, eh?

that is a win… seems to be a different restaurant… it s probably located on the other side of the street, i d say well paced – WIN!
Why is the bottom one a fail? No right turn, one way street to the left. They are both valid but I guess you technically don’t need the no right turn.
The third would be a FAIL of FAILBLOG?
Because that never happens…
I don’t see a one-way street to the left… I see a wall.
You don’t suppose the road could be just out of frame up ahead?
Nope, not possible. This is clearly a dead end because if it’s not in the picture it doesn’t exist.
If a road turns in the woods, and nobody is there to photograph it, does it really turn?
Yes, because the chicken crossed it.
Only if it wants to turn (I wonder if its a “bi”-lane?)
We don’t need no education.
if you go left you’ll run into a wall man!
That’s what I was thinking. If anything, maybe someone twisted the sign, but both signs are congruent.

Quite probably the same guy who took the picture and submitted it.
I bet it was even the same person who took the picture and submitted it. (I can’t believe nobody’s said that yet)

Quite certainly the same guy who took the picture and submitted it.
The name on the sign is Peroni beer, an Italian beer commonly served at Italian restaurants. No fail there.
That’s not even the fail… Nice try though.
sniff..

OMG You ALL fail, PERONI IS A BEER!!!! It’s been said so many times already, just read!!!!
The only non fail here is the last one, wow reading the comments on this site infuriates me.
Only in México these things could happen…
ahuevoooo
obviously its directing traffic into the local brothel..that has a wall as its cover…duhh :3
Hey, I recognize that restaurant! It’s in Vancouver, BC, proud home to many fails.
It’s a chain (??) – they have one just like it in London adn in Honolulu. The one in Honolulu sucks.

pwnt? i would think so
I think the photographer simply turned the sign around before taking the picture to upload to Failblog.
its a conspiracy?
like..a fail within a fail?
I would say the third one is for an upcoming intersection, not directing people into the wall.
Actually it’s a rare moving building, which just happens to have crawled out in the intersection at the time of this snapshot.
I think the photographer moved the building into the way, then took the picture.
The only Fails here is the submitter who is an obvious moron!
The third one is definitely not a fail. And the first one is a marketing strategy from their competence.
i bet they want you to not order
Posting the 3rd pic was the fail. Those signs make sense if you’re not an ignorant f**k-tard.
You can’t turn right, because the street you’d be turning on to is one-way going left. Makes sense to me.

merica fail
)
The last one is from Mexico City (can tell from the license plates)
el defectuoso!
Mexico is beatiful but Mexico City SUX
