Well, it’s pretty clear CloudO doesn’t do very much crafting. This is the sort of label clearly made for old ladies doing craft shows that want to paint Santa on a wood cut out.
The label is fine. Context knowledge fail. Stay out of craft stores and specifically away from supplies you personally won’t be using.
I think “Santa’s Cheeks” or something would be cuter. “Santa’s Flesh” sounds kind of creepy, like maybe Maude is a cenobite and is simply illustrating what she plans on doing to ol’ Père Noël after he solves the box.
It being obvious that it’s made for painting santas with doesn’t really make it less weird. And what’s wrong with calling it “skin tone”? Why SANTA FLESH? I’ll tell you why! They probably sell more paint that way.
Indeed. But also, there is more than one flesh tone available from this company (and most other acrylic paints), so they wouldnt make one that is just called “flesh” anyway.
There’s also a long established paint color called Dresden Flesh.
PS: What spelling mistake? The stuff IS called Ceramcoat. A coat of color for ceramics, I suppose (haven’t checked). Did you mean it should be Creamcoat?
But…but…Who’s gonna give us christmas gifts?

And this is a fail why? Looks like a product name to me….

Agreed. It is a weird paint name, but not necessarily a fail. Who knows why they had to call it “Santa’s Flesh,” though…
NAACP was probably against any flesh tone name without a qualifier.

It’s not about the product name, it’s about the color: Flesh of Santa Claus.
Nice!
Yeah! But for a sniper he’s not good at all. Probably one of the newbs that shotgunned the sniper rifle.
OMG, now i know why i didn’t get my gifts 20 years ago.
Ha ha.
Too funny
This has an even bigger FAIL if you speak Afrikaans…
Piel in Afrikaans is the slang word for P*n1s, so this becomes the colour for Santa Claus D1ck!
wow i thought this was a mistranslation but the other languages say the same thing..
Why is this a fail? Its the paint color of Santa’s skin. Now having it specific to *Santa* seems peculiar, but not a fail, to me…
Perhaps it was named that because that is what it is made from? If so, I think those elves have some explaining to do!
What, you think that avocado paint is made from actual avocados? Ivory paint is made from real ivory? Baby blue paint is made from ….. ewww!
Made in “U”?
It’s a fail because Santa Claus is African-Arctican.
Not just a spelling mistake… Flesh color??? Not if your black! I think Crayola made the same mistake
It’s not just “Flesh”, it’s “Santa’s flesh”. I’ve never seen a black Santa. Should they have named it “Stereotypically Caucasian Santa’s Flesh”?

So THAT’S why Christmas always sucks!!
To us zombies, that color is delicious! Now for the color of . . . braaaiiiinss!! Now what to do with all of these presents . . . ? >:-D
