Fail? Are you kidding me? This is a win! No self respecting robber would ever expect that cute couple of cameras to see anything other than well, each other! It makes sure that the robbers actually attempt to rob the store so that the other cameras have something to do.

Hey, no, not both of them at once…
Not really a fail. One camera is behind the other and pans towards the side/back of the building while the one in front pans the front of the building. You see this all the time. With the cameras this way you can get a full view of the property without black out areas.
Not as much fun as hiring two private investigators to covertly follow each other.
