So if your opinion is that WINs should be posted on Failblog, then what do you think should be posted on EpicWinFTW? Or did cheezburger kill that site and dump all WINs into Failblog too?
So stop talking already, we’re not forcing you. The point stands. This is an intentionally clever slogan, playing off the fact they are selling baked goods and the term ‘baked’ can mean “High”.
If this type of thing is going to keep showing up on here, then at least label it properly as a slogan WIN not a fail.
Avis, I am bound by honor to love your name and avatar, but you be crazy. This is not a fail and therefore, it’s lame. I come here for things that are screwed up, not ad slogans that with intentional double entendres.
I’m 95% sure this is from a cafe/resturant near where I live called “Baked Expectations”. So it’s not a fail, just a clever slogan. Awesome cheesecake at this place, by the way.
This picture was taken from the menu at Baked Expectations, a diner with amazing cakes in Winnipeg. I was just laughing at this same thing the other day while I was there.
Getting baked at work is always a win… unless your job involves any kind of athleticism as I found out at the gym once. Well technically I found out in the bathroom sink. >.>
I already know far too many people who do.
They must be great to work with!
Not so much. They were kind of useless after lunch break.
Did they leave you with a great amount of work to do?
I don’t agree with you.
It is great to have an opposing view!
Wait a minute, I think that is a Win!
So, is any jokey slogan a fail, now?
Seriously, it’s like the only people that post here anymore don’t understand when something is intended…
We know it’s intended. We chose to see the funny in it.
I’m not saying it’s not funny, I’m saying it’s definitely not a fail.
Not much ever really was. If we could just all get that and have fun with it, it would be nice.
I think a lot of people have fun criticizing things.
Fail: Something unintentional and negative that is hilarious, or intentional that is completely lame.
There have been many of those in the past.
Win: Something unintentional that results in awesomeness, or something intentional that is not expected of a situation, yet still awesome.
Thank you wikipedia.
Can we just go back to having fun? We aren’t required to talk about the fail posting you know.
So if your opinion is that WINs should be posted on Failblog, then what do you think should be posted on EpicWinFTW? Or did cheezburger kill that site and dump all WINs into Failblog too?
They did. There is no more EpicWinFTW. WIN! is now a subsection of Failblog.
So stop talking already, we’re not forcing you. The point stands. This is an intentionally clever slogan, playing off the fact they are selling baked goods and the term ‘baked’ can mean “High”.

Agreed, humulos.

They made a joke in their slogan, that’s TOTALLY a fail!
This seems like it was intentional thus making it a slogan win and failblog fail.
Get baked at work, and let us satisfy your munchies!
Sounds reasonable to me.
The Enrichment Center is required to remind you that you will be baked, and then there will be cake.
LIES!!!
THE CAKE IS A LIE.
THE CAKE IS A LIE.
THE CAKE IS A LIE.
THE CAKE IS A LIE.
THE CAKE IS A LIE.
but getting baked is a win
Sounds like a win to me.

That’s what I thought, too! And lucky you, I don’t live in the city anymore, and I miss Baked!
What if your workplace has random pee tests?
I rather die @ home without income ( + using LSD ! ) than getting baked at work !
can you imagin’ the taste of my ” Baked Balls ” ? – ” Toooeta “
This picture was taken from the menu at Baked Expectations, a diner with amazing cakes in Winnipeg. I was just laughing at this same thing the other day while I was there.

Ok. Oh wait, I’m unemployeed, hahaha… *sob* haha…
Finishline shoes has a huge poster that says “Stop working and start jerking!” I wonder if employees can get ‘baked’ there too?
are you kidding me?? slogan win!
Getting baked at work is always a win… unless your job involves any kind of athleticism as I found out at the gym once. Well technically I found out in the bathroom sink. >.>
This restaurant is called “Baked Expectations” who specializes in cakes. Not so funny now
Apparantly the Enrichment Centre has gone public…
Sounds like a win to me, pilgrim!
Hell yeah!
The best part of this ad is that if you’re baked, you won’t get the humorous nuance…
