» 59 Failures in Communication

  1. Screen says:

    somebody failed… hard!

  2. Its me says:

almost looks like a meth lab

  3. Joey says:

Altought the Tecate beer is a fail in itself, it may be the cause of the fail.

    • Azzy says:

Yeah, i suspect those were not made sober. I sure hope they weren’t at least.

Tecate is lousy beer, but if you add a dash of lime juice, it’s better than most cheap crappy beer – i give them credit for taste in cheap beer.

      • Jen T says:

Tecate is fantastic… for Mexican beer. Which is only half a step up from the American swill is Budweiser or Miller.

        • joe jim says:

Then if its swill then why did you drink It? Oh wait you didn’t even try it or you are trolling.
I notice at beer tasting shows “experts” or connoisseurs find it hip or proper to bash beers from certain countries rather than tasting them and admitting its good or they are used to a certain type of beer like a dark beer or ale instead of having a wide taste for beers.
buds are the only beer that gives me a headache.
          Also Honey Nut Brown, Yuck!

          • Beerman says:

I will disagree Tacate is trash beer even for Mexican beer. I would suggest a Negra Modelo if you want a good Mexican beer.

  4. Jefferson says:

Probably because they were drinking Tecate… yuck!

  5. thatonekid says:

Well they clearly worked the sugar too much and were working in an environment that was far too cold. They also clearly didn’t pay attention to the pliability and therefore never took the time to warm it back up.

Uh, I mean…wtf is with those scissors?

  6. Gert says:

Ok.. that’s um.. not even remotely close to how it’s supposed to look. Perhaps following the directions might have helped?

  7. Zlepe says:

    Did she die?

  8. ssaamm says:

I bet they still tasted good

  9. punto says:

that’s the last time i let my 1 year old make icicles.

  10. Gregory Goldmark says:

So, they fell apart. That’s a FAIL worthy of blogging? I don’t know…

  11. Exo says:

    This is a R.T.F.M. FAIL

  12. Pedro says:

    Straight off reddit…

  13. SockMonkey says:

I don’t suppose the fail had anything to do with the bottle of Tecate on the table…

  14. anon says:

It’s that sh!tty Mexican beer that’s responsible, of course.

  15. Ra2h says:

Does anyone else notice the beer can next to the tray? That can explain a lot. I’m just sayin’.

  16. dao vang says:

But this is more likely isomalt. It’s easier to work with.

  17. y8 says:

I guess they just lost their cool.

  18. game says:

Well they clearly worked the sugar too much and were working in an environment that was far too cold

  19. y8 me says:

That can explain a lot. I’m just sayin’.

  20. tro choi says:

They also clearly didn’t pay attention to the pliability and therefore never took the time to warm it back up

  21. y8 new says:

worked the sugar too much and were working in an environment that

  22. Lisa says:

The reason they suck is because whoever did this boiled the candy too long. It went from hard-ball stage to hard-crack stage. idiot.

  23. Chaim says:

    Mmmm. teal wtf, my favorite.

  24. marie says:

I made these a couple of years ago and had a fail too! Glad to know I’m not alone. Mine were the right consistency, but I could not seem to make nice, neat icicles.

  25. Celle says:

hmm… I’m thinking the beer had something to do with this fail (and if it didn’t ya’ should have taken it out o’ the picture)… especially if it was isomalt… prolly was beer # 3 or 4… just go ahead and use the attempts as swizzle sticks for the mojotos that will follow to salue the epic failure. Lol.
