Why would putting Baby Powder (aka Talcum Powder) in the AC ducts make the car smell like burning flour?
That makes no sense at all.
But looking it up, some types of Baby Powder is made from corn starch instead of talcum. Maybe you meant “stink of burning corn starch”?
On the other hand it’s an great way to tell someone that he or she should stop smoking, if you exchange the powder (baby poweder of flour or what ever) with ashes.
Flour will make them stop smoking too. Flour in powder form is very flammable. That fireball should get them to stop them from smoking.
By powder form, I mean powder in the air. Obviously flour, unless it’s wet, or cooked, is going to be powder.
A prank WIN at that. I keep seeing repeats of this all over the cheezburger network. It’s on senor gif, now here. Lots of repeats throughout the network really. Not just this.

a really good prank I must say, but if you prank with flour in a hair dryer, I guess you should disconnect the heater… Otherwise it can be a really bad hair dryer prank fail and burned face…

Are you serious?! Any oxidisable powder could have combusted.
Talc specifically is bad for you if inhaled a lot, though. I think that’s why they’re starting to make what is essentially scented cornstarch for baby powder now. You can use plain cornstarch but it’s not as nice as something that smells pretty.
If you want baby that smells pretty, you shall face reality soon. xD

Fake. Notice how her face starts turning white BEFORE the powder comes out of the blowdryer.
The blowdryer has to spin up to speed. The initial amount of slower moving powder coming out of the blowdyer wouldn’t be visibly obvious until it hits something (like her face and arm). Once the blowdryer was at full blast that’s when more powder comes out and it became more obvious.
Hint: don’t ever take a job position (Like crime investigation) where you have to determine the validity of something. You’d suck at it. Determining whether something is fake or not also means you have to figure out if something IS REAL. Simply saying something is fake, false, or untrue because of the most obvious evidence would only make you a failure.
