You are absolutely right. Look at the third row saying “is legal”. Assuming this is written with centered rows you can see the third row is a bit more to the left than the others, indicating that there is indeed a letter missing.
After 10 years with photoshop this should’ve been an easy spotter.

I agree, everything else on the page is centered correctly, but magically the line that says legal is not. If you look adding two letters would make it centered again.

I normally don’t say that, but “Is Legal” is not properly centered, and if you imagine adding an “il” in front of “legal”, then it would be centered. Also a nice black area very easy to edit, even in MS Paint.
You’d think whoever faked this would have at least centered the resulting phrase.

Why debate about an image being modified. You can easily do this with any word processor or presentation software. You can even make it say ‘sexually harassing illegal immigrants is totally legal’ if you wanted to and submit it to failblog only to have asshats say it’s been shopped.
