in the making of this video every one who was around must have thought this was funny because it has other people doing THE SAME S**T and whats with him taking all these swigs of coke
The same person who shopped this, is a good one, but the shaddow is wrong, limbs don’t match the child, artifacts on back wheel, and shadow is not far enough into the foreground and does not have enough distortion for the angle the sun is at.
If this is shopped, it is a much better job than you’re giving it credit for. The shadow is properly distorted, I see no artifacts (only crappy resolution), and I don’t know what you mean about the limbs not matching – when you’re falling like this, your limbs go every which way. Even shadow details like the bend of his right elbow and the tilt of his head are accurate. I opened the image in a photo-editing program and looked very closely at the edges of the boy’s body and shadow, and there are no noticeable anomalies in the pixel coloration. Plus, it would be extremely difficult to maintain the pattern of the pavers through the spokes of the wheels using Photoshop.
Keep in mind that low-quality digital camera CCDs (like those on cellphones) often introduce artifacts in edge areas where there is high contrast, and JPEG compression can distort things too.
Definitely shopped.
1 – Shadow does not match the sun position + poor chap has a vampire right arm that don’t cast shadow
2 – Can someone try and explain to me how he can be vertical with such a short fall so close to the border?
The shadow is distorted by both the sun angle and the viewing perspective. The right arm shadow is the pointy bit just below the big round blob of the head/helmet.
He could easily go vertical if a) he wasn’t going fast enough, and b) he didn’t lift the front wheel as he jumped. The result is the front wheel drops while the back wheel is still propelling the bike forward.
I’m not saying it can’t possibly be Photoshopped, only that the physics/visual alignment actually does work.
This tugs at my heart because I went to the funeral of a young dad who pulled this exact maneuver and it killed him almost instantly, in front of his daughter. No lie.
OK, but is that a pedal shadow where the pedal touches the back end of the front tire (in the shadow) but is not aligned as such on the bike? Check his left foot relative to the same.

About to hurt is more like it.
Yup, the failed jump has already occurred.
Abhorrent. Jubilation over others’ adversity. On the top of it, it’s a poor child !! Have the heart, people!
WE MAKE FUN OF HIM FOR THE LULZ!!!
Yessir. We don’t make fun of him for serious, just for the lulz!
SCHADENFREUDE: it’s why we love failblog.
Nice word choice, and this is true.
A moment of endless entertainment.
Not this crap again. I already watched it, it was s**t the first time, its not going to get any better.
But now he’s consumed two full 26ers. DAMN
I can guarantee, no brain cells were harmed in the making of that video.

I think he’s gonna have a rough night…
faceplant ^-^
O_O
epic
~At least they are wearing a helmet.~
It appears the helmet does not fit and will likely not get a scratch as that poor tykes forehead impacts the pavers.
When you need it most fail.
Hey mom i’m riding it , i’m riding it ! BALLS!
This will only end in tears… oh yeah, and a faceplant.
It’s asphalt, he told me to do it.
Whose fault is it concretely?
These types of jokes pave a new way for bad puns.
A tree will be planted here in his memory.
Did he dieded?

I see the future… There’s alot of blood in it…
And skid marks.
The learning curve is steep, very steep.

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s…
Little kid fails are stupid and mean.
But funny, nonetheless!
Even when they are being shat upon by a pidgeon?
WHO IS STANDING AROUND SNAPPING PICS….and could not foresee that this poor kid was going to end up with his face on the floor?
This sounds like Big brother put him up to this!

*hollars upwards* It’s okay I.P.Knightly, I got this one!
Shopped. I can tell by the pixels and because I have seen quite a few shops in my time.
Definitely shopped.

Dental disaster in 3…2…1….
one more happy surgeon in 3,2,1,…
I’m tired of these Face Plant trees all over my street.
This tugs at my heart because I went to the funeral of a young dad who pulled this exact maneuver and it killed him almost instantly, in front of his daughter. No lie.
That kid lost teeth at the very least.
“Dad, look what I can d………”
Worser and worser – aren’t those training wheels I see? Or is that a hot new cycling trend for BMXers?
Oh, well… his shadow is ok.
Awww, so hilarious. I hope this happens to the kids or future kids of the people here who can laugh about something like that.

Oh man, a kid headed toward a faceplant on concrete. Okay, it’s fail but it’s not funny.
