This is actually very serious. Its almost certainly Chinese propaganda.
That is a Falun Gong hand sign combined with an obvious phallus. It was probably made by Chinese socialists to further smear Falun Gong. The hand sign is recognizable by any Chinese.
Hundreds of thousands of Falun Gong have been targeted and are believed to have been killed by the current Chinese government.

Yes, it’s easy to work out, only forgot to say where you are. We’ll assume it’s GBP, rather than Egyptian pounds or anything like that.

Actually, I’d say they probably have a broader sense of humor than you do since they enjoy it AND the original site fails. But go on pretending you’re better than other people because you can’t find the humor in it.
Hey, at least this one actually appears to be a proper TTADI fail for the first time in weeks. I mean, this one doesn’t appear to be a deliberate attempt to make Buddha look like he’s fapping (unless that stuff above about the Falun Gong is right) and he definitely does look like he is.

I think the word you are looking for Silly is sophomoric. Most people assume those with a sophomoric sense of humor aren’t getting very much action.
Personally, I find my dirty mind is unrelated to my sex life and has a lot more to do with my father’s enjoyment in Benny Hill and Burt Reynolds’ humor when I was a child.
