It’s possible. The area in there seems slightly darker when I tilt my monitor back, but… There doesn’t seem to be enough room. Look at the pixels in the word donut (already on the sign) and look at the space.

(This is one of the problems with this site – things are often posted that are CLEARLY not a failure. This is one good example. This works perfectly as a fun play on words and clever marketing tactic. Therefore, it’s a WIN!)

Interesting, and I agree that it’s not a failure, but I disagree with your other claim: he made a fun pun, and a clever marketing tactic, and made people laugh. What about that isn’t a “win”? So far in my life I’ve been pretty clear on what a “Win” is – it’s a successful attempt at something. This guy accomplished it. Therefore, WIN.

Yet another intentional joke that incorrectly gets labeled a “Fail.” There’s almost more of these than actual Fails these days.
I heard this joke a long time ago, and think about it- there is no reason this metaphor would make sense. It just exists for the pun.
Had the word “Merely” not Been Shopped out/Forgot to get put up/Fallen you guys might have been right that it might have been a win.
I think it was donut holes and someone had the bright idea to play with it.

Ok I am going to explain this one time and one time only since you Win/Fail and No this is not a Win/Fail kiddies apparently never submitted a Fail to Failblog.
The win/fail is not determined by Failblog, when you submit a fail you are supposed to put FAIL or WIN on it yourself, the same as with AAAAAALL the other blogs at Cheezburger.
Can you please shut up about if this is a fail or win, we’re at FAILblog, I’d say that makes everything a fail in a way and no discussion about it!

This is from olney, il I used to work at this one! Most of the time their sign is amusing for awhile it was “governor’s special im-peached Danish”
