Yes, sometimes people actually say what they mean and are right about it too! Congratulations on not being a moron, danni! It’s good to know there’s intelligent people left in the world.
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Reposts and wins as of late. Looks like Failblog is off my list of sites to visit too, along with Epic Star Wars Win
How discerning you are in your web browsing! Fail blog has consistantly delivered me the most lulz the internet has to offer, I can begrudge them some repeats, and the wins are kind of the yan to the yang of fails, no?
I’m not THAT discerning, but I’m tired of wins on the Failblog and Star Wars predominantly on the Epic Win. Especially the Star Wars ones that aren’t really a win, that’s all. Add that to reposts over and over on the whole network and every few posts being an ad for a t-shirt, and I’m just tired of it. I’m sure I’ll come back in a few months or so and be amused again. It just annoys me right now.

How the hell get capri out of crapi…the r is in the wrong spot…regardless of how its SUPPOSED to be pronounced we are all gonna make fun of it anyway…its what we do
I love that you missed all the earlier comments from people who were able to identify the intersection this apartment complex (and it’s non-shopped sign) sit at. And yes, as any West LA’er can tell you, it is real, at the corner that was listed by people countless times in this thread already.
I know the owner. He is the king of puns. He owns another apartment building on the next block and he calls that the “Cheezy” apartments. If you see him around LA, he drives a Benley re-badged as a Hyundai.
Just to clear this all up…I know the owner. It is NOT shopped. It IS intentional. It IS pronounced CRAPI (not Capri, or any other odd pronunciations mentioned). It’s called…umm…sense of humor. And yes, he also owns the Chee-zee apartments. These apartments only barely touch on this guys pun-tacular genius. You should see his house, and his offices. Oh, and the apartments are actually quite nice!
In my opinion it is a truly nice point of view. I usually meet people who rather say what they suppose others want to hear. Good and well written! I will come back to your site for sure!
I wonder if they were really thinking of “Capri”?
Apparently not. These apartments are on Overland Ave in West L.A., and have been there for some years.
“Crapi” is reportedly pronounced like “crape-y”.
obviously. it’s spelled with one “p”.
Play nice boys! Or no dessert after dinner :p
You mean *desert*?
correction fail. it is dessert.
it’s a crap!
Nope. I really don’t.

And you for got the (.)

Hmm, never seen epic Star Wars Win. Should I check it out? Or is it too far gone now?
How discerning you are in your web browsing! Fail blog has consistantly delivered me the most lulz the internet has to offer, I can begrudge them some repeats, and the wins are kind of the yan to the yang of fails, no?
No. The yin maybe, but not the yan.
I just come here to let it all yang out
Put that back!!!
*click*
Too late!

I like how it’s the same colored car under the same sign. I thought it was the same car until I saw the tail-lights.
whats that in the reflection?
a car … probably a Mercury Crapi
They’re so modest.
An honest apartment complex name!
I actually almost got an apartment there.
Sunrise Gardens were a lot less crapi however, and closer to campus
old fail is old
Not good with cursive.
What does it say?
Believe it or not if you read the comments, it’s mentioned numerous times what the script on the building says.
can’t tell if troll or just stupid
I used to drive by this complex all the time on my way to my (now ex) girlfriends house. Around the corner from there is an apartment building called “Che-zee” apartments. With a “Kraft Property Management” sign on the building.
They sure are.
Who voted this one in? As mentioned in previous comments – it’s not pronounced crappy. It’s Capri like the style of pants.
How the hell get capri out of crapi…the r is in the wrong spot…regardless of how its SUPPOSED to be pronounced we are all gonna make fun of it anyway…its what we do
Capri like the Caprice
That’s in West LA, right? I keep meaning to drive by there.
In the meantime, I have my own crappy apartment.
Its pronounced Crape
That’s not what it looks like, therefore, we will continue to laugh and point at it.
Besides, shouldn’t GRAMANZI have two m’s?
Yes, I do believe it should. Some people just can’t spell.
Oh, good grammar is just a Ralic of the past, anyway.
*hangs head in shame*
I sacrificed my principles and integrity for…for the pun.
*breaks down and sobs on Ms B’s shoulder*
*pat pat*
Pomtini and pastries?
*perk!*
*perks*
Pomtinis? Can I get in on this? I make all KINDS of mistakes!!!
I know this may be a shock to failbloggers but I think this may have been ‘shopped.
I know, I know… it sounds crazy but its more likely than not.
not shopped, I live right around the block. Check it out on Google Maps: 3376 Overland Ave, 90034
I just looked at that. “Crapi” fits that place.
I love that you missed all the earlier comments from people who were able to identify the intersection this apartment complex (and it’s non-shopped sign) sit at. And yes, as any West LA’er can tell you, it is real, at the corner that was listed by people countless times in this thread already.
Oh silly troll will just say your comment and the ones above were also shopped, though.
It actually happens to be right next door to the Kraft “Cheezee” apartment building. I’m surprised that one hasn’t made it to failblog yet.
I bet that place is a s**thole…
I know the owner. He is the king of puns. He owns another apartment building on the next block and he calls that the “Cheezy” apartments. If you see him around LA, he drives a Benley re-badged as a Hyundai.
Is that anything like a Bentley?
It’s depressing because we’ve had this picture before.
*cries*
*is depressed by the sight of a depressed Moomin*
*cries*
*wipes tears*
*tickles Moomin*
I suspect this is an accurate name win, as opposed to an apartment name fail.
where all the things are crapi!
I think that’s where Rico Suave lives.
i seen dis one down by mccully. aurite!
or is it a win?
This is old.
Old fail is old, but still funny. I drove by these very apartments just this afternoon.
Honesty win!
it looks nice as hell if you ask me
(truly crappy apartment dweller)
I swear to God I saw this apartment complex in The Fast and Furious. Where the one D-Bag lives.
This is not to far from where I live. Its on the corner of Swenson and Twain in Las Vegas
