I agree!!!
How weird is it that I find people who, like me, think Organic chem is the easiest science class on failblog.org but I can’t find people like that in real life? lol. Everyone calls me crazy when I tell them how easy it is.
Organic Chem is easy?!?! Clearly I was in the wrong organic chem, then, as it was far from easy. It killed my 4.0. I got Bs both semester of it (well, B+ second semester). First Bs of college.
PS: love the avatar and screen name. Captain Jack is the best.
Because studying for Orgo isn’t like studying for other classes. Those who figure it out early succeed. I agree it was the easiest science class I took (besides maybe ecology lol)
Add to it the fact that it looks like a research flier, and you’re usually paid for research at universities (including this one–I can make out a $X/hour). Naturally students will opt for that one.
Maybe people didn’t actually need tutoring in organic chemistry? It’s a little dumb to assume that just because these two flyers are next to each other that everyone who took a video game thing must also need tutoring in organic chemistry. This looks like a college, anyway. Not everyone takes the same classes. Likewise, some people aren’t dumb enough to need tutoring in OC in the first place.
There are about 10,000 people in my college. Every semester there is only about 15 that take organic chemistry. I’m sure there are a lot more than 15 gamers at my school.
What? I don’t see the fail.
First, not everyone learns chemistry. I kinda like it, but I don’t learn it anymore.
Second, maybe people just have other things to learn?
And the ones who are interested in it don’t need to learn outside of university and school
Wow, I can’t believe the picture I took made front page of fail blog. That’s like a win. I took it @ ucsd. Here’s the original picture http://i.imgur.com/p8CPL.jpg.
That isn’t a fail? the people who are obsessed with video games usually know their chemistry anyway. either because like me they are nerds or … because they like to get high….
first
*Flings poo at the icky firster*
+1
+2?
+3!!!
+4. . . .
+5 OUTSTANDING!
Ultra combo?

In that case…
c-c-c-combo breaker!!!!
Damn, you beat me to it…
*Gives Lab Monkey a banana*
*squeezes the Lab Monkey*
You are awesome!
+1
isn’t this a win??
such a win
Organic Chem is easy, what I really need is help with this game!
Not gonna lie, that’s pretty much exactly what I thought. I can’t think of anything I did in science that’s easier than Organic Chem.
Organic Chem.?
Oh for God’s sake. Just grow a pair and you’ll pass.
If you grew a pair in organic chem, would that count for extra credit?
Yes, yes it would.
I agree!!!

They should just create a video game about organic chemistry…
Pokemon Carbon?
Krebs Cycling?
hahahahah
Krebs Cycling is crystal meth on a bike, its crystal meth on a bike. KREBS CYCLING IS CRYSTAL METH!! warning: it may contain Lance Armstrong
Powerthirst win! And I thought it was just some unpopular yet hilarious video series on youtube!
Professor Brainiac’s Ultra Fun Chemistry Challenge?
Well I for one think Einstein would have loved video games.
Einstein was a physicist, not a chemist…
uhhh…back then they were pretty much the same thing. (and still overlap a lot)
http://xkcd.com/435 ohai.
lame fail is lame
Almost as bad as overused jokes.
Absolute Nerdism! XD
Add to it the fact that it looks like a research flier, and you’re usually paid for research at universities (including this one–I can make out a $X/hour). Naturally students will opt for that one.
And that you would have to pay to get the tutor.
So, saving money win.
I don’t get it! What’s a fail here? The spelling is correct? Is it funny to have games next to chemistry? WTF?
Cant’… think of… snide remark…
I hope your ‘as’ feels better soon.
Let’s take a poll — which do you like more –
Video Games, or Organic Chemistry?
Video games about organic chemistry. Mutants count as organic chemistry subject material, right?
This is a fail because…?
Maybe people didn’t actually need tutoring in organic chemistry? It’s a little dumb to assume that just because these two flyers are next to each other that everyone who took a video game thing must also need tutoring in organic chemistry. This looks like a college, anyway. Not everyone takes the same classes. Likewise, some people aren’t dumb enough to need tutoring in OC in the first place.
And people also seem to assume that the flyers were posted at the same time. One may be new.
The one on the right looks like a request for testers – as in, employment. Everyone needs employment these days.
winn
Oh I get it: EVERYONE TOOK THE PHONE FOR VIDEO GAMES, NO ONE RIPPED A PHONE OFF TUTORING!
Wow. Geez that is way too subtle and in the end not a fail at all. It’s a fail fail. A fail for this page in other words.
Wow…
I love how all the video game tabs have been ripped off so hard that they took half the flier with them. “YARRRR VIDEO GAMES!!!” :attacks paper:
This looks like UC IRVINE -_- well der goes my universities reputation…not that ever really had one to begin with anyway
i’m pretty sure this is ucsd
Oh that’s a relief. For a minute it looked like the student center building here on Temple University’s campus.
That’s a win, not a fail ¬¬
There are about 10,000 people in my college. Every semester there is only about 15 that take organic chemistry. I’m sure there are a lot more than 15 gamers at my school.
Let’s face it – Video Games will beat out Chemistry any day of the week. And twice on days that end in y.
i don’t get it
Work out. Get a little sun. Eat well. And carpe some diem, baby.
If it was physical chemistry, I’d be more concerned.
What? I don’t see the fail.
First, not everyone learns chemistry. I kinda like it, but I don’t learn it anymore.
Second, maybe people just have other things to learn?
And the ones who are interested in it don’t need to learn outside of university and school
Hey OP – out of curiosity, was this taken at UNLV?
Wow, I can’t believe the picture I took made front page of fail blog. That’s like a win. I took it @ ucsd. Here’s the original picture http://i.imgur.com/p8CPL.jpg.
You assume OP took that picture. This is UCSD.
makes me proud to go here haha. not to mention the fact that i picked up one of those video game tabs earlier
That isn’t a fail? the people who are obsessed with video games usually know their chemistry anyway. either because like me they are nerds or … because they like to get high….
lol
Organic Chemistry is everywhere. Butane in gas operated lighters, Octane in gas and Pantene in shampoo
the photographer wearing TWO wristbands
fail
Dude, get your eyes checked. That’s the design on the sweater.
S**t i know this place. It’s outside of a classroom at Center Hall of UCSD.
Yup, you’re right.
