Definitely Dragon*Con in Atlanta, as the previous person noted. Every year they have people who make costumes out of nothing but cardboard once they arrive at the Con, and this one is one of the original ones. I saw WIN as well. Now, if all they did was strap cardboard to their bodies without bending it, etc….
