Nope, you’re wrong. Mangina is listed as a Hebrew name that means “melody”. Somehow I think the name predates the slang term.
You are also apparently a little blurry on what a circumcision actually is.

I knew a girl named Sally Mangina once. She HATED that name, so she changed it….. to Juana Mangina.

1) It’s not a fail if she didn’t pick the name, which I’m sure she didn’t. It’s an unfortunate accident, however her name quite possibly existed before it was associated with anything sexual.
2) We don’t know that the name is pronounced that way to begin with.
