What’s amazing is that City Hall, possibly sitting there behind the billboard, would approve such a large ad. Anything to make a buck.

You’re making stuff up. The picture does not show City Hall (although City Hall is nearby). What the picture shows is a normal privately owned building that houses McDonald’s, other stores, and a hotel, if I’m not mistaken.
Copenhagen City Hall has never had an ad on it.

I would’ve misplaced the left part of the billboard myself if it was the first one to be set. U can’t tell for sure which way, left or right, is the rest of the chick’s body should be placed. The real fail is the view for people who live in apartments with windows facing that billboard from behind

I don’t think this is a fail… It’s supposed to be that way. Bacardi ran an ad throughout Switzerland about a month ago where the ad was upside down and out of order. I thought it was just a lazy (and ineffectual) board paster, until I realized that EVERY single Bacardi ad I came across was the same way. I’m not sure why they’re doing ads this way (there was another one since, I can’t remember what for), but perhaps because it makes you look at it longer than usual.

To those who dont understand this, the advert is blocking the windows, and the left piece is on the right side and right piece on the left side. Also, its propably made like that so it gets more attention.
