      why should they think about it?
      it is german and WTF has absolutely no “bad” meaning at all in Germany.
      If you start thinking about every abbreviation and what it could mean in any other country…not a good idea.
      in my eyes, it would be a fail in english speaking countries…..

    Mhm. Its a german company. Somehow I have the feeling that WTF is not a german abbreviation.
    Besides: Why fail? They painted WTF on their car and now have free advertising on failblog and other websites.

      you´ll lose that bet, because even if you´re a english speaking german, it does not come in your mind immediately cause you´re in Germany.
      You read and think in german at that time. When you are in another country where you have to translate everything every time, then it is another issue

    Sorry to dissapoint – but it is only a ‘Fail in comprehension’

    ‘WTF’ has no meaning in German which is obviously the language of the area —- W = name , T = Telephone, F = radio transmission tech – (approximate context translation)
