But everyone always thinks that they have to top their predecessors. Just like any products being sold, currently. Or pretty much anything existing. Software, hardware, video games, cars, *skips a bit* phones, kitchen items, food, (you can tell I’m hungry right now) office items, school supplies, gadgetry, *skips more* etc. It’s no wonder people want to be better than anyone in their past. Yes, just like all those items, they did learn from mistakes, and did keep to a certain outline, but did improve. But the thing is, for many humans, as we are no longer capable of doing ANYTHING without aidance of certain tools, we are, most of the time, about as good as the stuff they have. Not a good thing to say to young children, yes. It makes them want everything in the world. But think, if a few people were competing, lets just say, in this situation, it’s a race. One is running, one has a go-kart, one has a normal car, one has a Ferrari, and one has the Thrust SSC (Super Sonic Car. It goes up to 763 mph, and has two jet engines). Who would win?
