I never would have guessed what those were for. Most systems I’ve seen use symbols for those instead. (Such as a flame, badge, and red cross.) Unintentional masturbatory references aside, it seems much clearer that way.

As somebody who actually installs security alarm panels I don’t really see the humor. The order in which the buttons appear is actually a UL standard I believe and almost all keypads. This isn’t a fail or a win its a lame. Sorry try again.

I have the DSC Power 810 panel which has the LCD but the same keypad. In the 11 years I’ve had it in my house I’ve never noticed the layout.
