What’s a “Ruffy Girl?” I don’t see the fail in that yet.
However, it could also mean “Roofie Girl.” Is that it? But if it’s neither, then what?

I can see it says RUFYGRL, which could be expanded into Rufy Girl, or Ruffy Girl, or Ruff Why Girl, or some other variation, but none of them mean anything.
What is it supposed to expand into, and what does it mean.
This seems to be a fail posting as the humour is only visible to a specific group of people.
