In China and Japan the space for parking is extremely rare (iirc you can’t own a car if you can’t prove you can park it). This woman has found a way around it by creating her own “Parking Zone” sign and a couple of white road-markings on some clear plastic sheets.
The only thing she needs to worry about is not getting exposed to the authorities by someone, or getting spotted while rolling it up or out. Next to a cop actually spotting the weirdness of a single, lone parkingspace.
