Hey! I got that same phone call the other day…. lookin at my caller ID it was even the same number… truth be told I was half tempted to answer it just because they were honest about it
Where it says “Phone Scam” normally shows the name of the person calling, or the company calling, something to that affect. So instead of showing the name of the person calling, it outright says that they’re a phone scam.
This is not a fail. Several times a day I get calls from “Telemarketer”. BECAUSE As soon as I know it’s a # I don’t want to answer, I add it to that contact in my list. This is easily staged.
We have a telemarketer that calls us each and every day… that labels itself “telemarketer.” Ah, honesty. I wonder how many people answer the phone to them?
Win!
Agreed! And hey, at least they’re upfront about it!
Honesty is the best policy. *nods*
Not the best marketing strategy…
Don’t chicken out man, this is totally legit.
Caller ID takes all the fun out of phones.
when I was a boy…
telemarketer fail, caller ID win
Just a dolphin Ma’am.
*omnomnomnom*
Hey, honesty is important. Just… make sure that they’re not actually trying to sell you an encyclopedia…. >_>
An encyclopedia?
Do they still print those things?
Yup, on a DVD with unlimited web updates for a low, low cost. You can’t believe everything on Wikipedia, now can you?
Are you saying Wikipedia is as fake as reality TV?
Is there nothing in the world that is real anymore?
*looks down*
I can think of a few things.
*pokes his head up from grave*
Yeah! Me too!
*pokes*
Yup, she’s right.
*pays*
Can someone explain what is wrong with this picture?! *confused*
That’s my co-worker. That name is common where she’s from.
She lives right down the street from me – I pass her every day!
Wait … wut?
Could be worse. Could be “phone sex”.
And on a day your mom is visiting.
That says win to me!
I consider this a Caller ID Win.
Quick! Where is my whistle to answer the phone with?
Thank you for calling *snork*. This is *giggle* speaking. How may I help you?
Interrupting my TV Guide time!
How dare they
Given that I just got on the “Do Not Call” Registry a few hours ago, this FAIL couldn’t have been timed better.
Rinnggg riinnnggg Hello A how are you today. Since we have 5,000 time shares for USSR would you be interested?.
Anyway!
Hee!

My dilemma is yours sweet ZA. *sigh*
I think it’s right next to the any key.
*noisy rumblings are heard over head*
*the clouds open up and the Cuddle Puddle is dropped from the skies*
Hi, hunneeeee! I’m ho-o-o-ome!
Whoa, that’s a powerful OK button!
Is it too late to join the puddle de cuddle?
*squeeze*

Ahhhhh, reschedule my appointments OK Gracie?
The profile is still there, they emailed me the password. I have a lot of cleaning up to do.
How will I find you?
OK, let me clean up some of these friend requests and Farmville crap and we’ll go from there.
Seems reasonable, I’ll keep that in mind.
Also, you can look for Avis Little Bird or Little Girl Blue or Garf…
Hey! I got that same phone call the other day…. lookin at my caller ID it was even the same number… truth be told I was half tempted to answer it just because they were honest about it
I live right by that caller ID. I drive by it every day!!!
I really don’t get this fail/win. How do they know its a phone scam. Would not the local authorities have shut this line down?
Where it says “Phone Scam” normally shows the name of the person calling, or the company calling, something to that affect. So instead of showing the name of the person calling, it outright says that they’re a phone scam.
I HAZ UR NUMBER ha ha he he ha ha HO!!!! >.< MAH BAWLZ!!!!!!

can some one explain
Why is the caller ID showing up on TV?
This is a feature on many television receivers. This one happens to be from Dish Network.
An example of why a sales/ marketing team needs to switch to social media and inbound marketing…otherwise their efforts are ignored.
Wait a minute, now not only am I working on Friday, but I’m working for nothing!
This is not a fail. Several times a day I get calls from “Telemarketer”. BECAUSE As soon as I know it’s a # I don’t want to answer, I add it to that contact in my list. This is easily staged.
I believe the person who took the picture failed cuz they got a landline phone.
HAHAHAAHA!!!! I get it! They are watching country music videos!!!!! Losers!
Truth in advertising WIN!
Hehe XD I love how they left the entire number up, area code and all. Anyone for prank calling the tele-failer?
all telemarketers are phone scams
(567) 248-4455
This number is a landline based in Attica, OH and is unpublished.
Is everyone pranking this number? (All circuits are busy)
ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring SCAMMERPHONE!
We have a telemarketer that calls us each and every day… that labels itself “telemarketer.” Ah, honesty. I wonder how many people answer the phone to them?
There’s some telemarketer that keeps calling our office, and it says SPAM 052010 for the name. Next time it calls, I gotta snap a pic.
It says it. I will never fall for it.
Caller ID WIN.
not funny
That’s an Ohio number!!! :O
if this is a fail do i want to see a win?
haha thank you Dish Network for saving me from having to talk to those annoying people!
