Nah. There’d be a more area in view toward the horizon beyond the pitch.
It’s possible that the field is indeed level and the ground beyond it drops off as a steep cliff.

I thought that too at first.. but then I realised that the score board at the back is facing skywards. If you turned the field 45 degrees.. it would be crooked.

Good sir, I think you will find that this is in fact a football pitch fail.
It’s soccer to the US, Japan and several other nations. Football in the US is played with heavy gear and a rugby ball.
Wrong. The frase “several other nations” is an overstatement. Just a few nations known futbol as soccer.
BTW, Foot+ball = a game when players use their feet to hit a ball. So, thats “soccer”.
Football is called so, because it is played ON foot, as opposed to horseback. Therefore American Football, Soccer and Gailec Football all can claim to be ‘football’. Only in countries where there is a more popular game, played on foot, is ‘soccer’ used, to distinguish between the games in conversation.

exactly, the picture was taken to make it look like the field is uphill. But it is a level surface inside an oval racetrack!
If that is the case:
i) Why is there no trace of the other side of the track
ii) If that were the case, that scoreboard would be facing skyward
