I think the biggest fail is that someone is still using win95….
Hmm… not sure if its Win 95. Could be Windows 2000 or Windows XP with the “Windows Classic” theme enabled. The start menu and Windows look a lot like Win 95/98 then, and it uses less memory.
Yeah, def not Win 95. I have XP with the classic windows theme so I just thought that was it until people said it was 95. After closer look, I think the I.E. layout implies Win2k though.

My guess is Windows 2000, although it could be XP with “Hide inactive icons” disabled (speaking of which, I think I recognise one as the Novell Client 32 icon, but the others are too blurred to identify). I don’t think it’s stock Windows 95 because it didn’t have draggable toolbars and I don’t think it’s Windows 98 either because it defaulted to large toolbar icons.

Look at the guy’s face. He’s looking almost away, but you can tell by the curve of his cheek that he’s laughing. It may have been an accident, he didn’t think it was such a big failure.
