It’s awkward enough that there is a tree in the middle of a ramp, but it becomes more awkward when they actually paint it.

Actually a lot of trees grow out of cement. There’s soil underneath there. Therefore you failed.
The white limestone pain makes tree impervious to cement, also ramp grating. Nothing can stop.

Imo this is Bulgaria
and they are roots but the tree is older then the cement ground and they did the the work when the tree was already there so i don’t think that this is fake.

simply wheel the wheelchair up to the tree, then get up and jog the rest of the way. easy.

Wherever this is, it’s one of those countries that happen to use a Cyrillic alphabet (I live in one) and have an absolutely shocking record for providing access to the disabled, and indeed just about anything else related to basic human rights. In our building they built stairs, and a “ramp”, presumably to satisfy some building reg, but the ramp has a locked gate, has kind of stairs running down the middle and is at an angle of 45 degrees. Go down that in a wheelchair, or with a baby pram.
Wow, I am sorry to hear this is common. As someone who uses a wheelchair I don’t find this funny at all. It makes me a little sad that so many people do. I just want to be able to go everywhere I could before- but I am treated like a second class citizen.
