It was not intended as a proper “English” response. You can tell by kankywompous’ lack of capitalization or punctuation.

In other words, relax dude.

As for the image itself…I agree with kanky. This is definitely a win for the senior staff. It HAD to be intentional since they all left. With print media losing their foothold on the news it seems to me a last dying whimper of a gag that no one will read.

It is ironic that it takes the internet to draw the public’s attention to their prank.
