Don’t think it’s fake. I’m on time warner cable in Rochester, NY and see the same thing.

When Time Warner Cable updated their guide a month ago, all recorded shows on our DVR got the exact same mess of show descriptions. Anything recorded after the update is fine. But all shows recorded before the update have their info glitched like that.

Actually, it is real. It’s some sort of glitch with the new Time Warner Cable guide. I think it only happens with shows that were recorded on the DVR before the guide update. That list of show descriptors appears on pretty much every recorded show prior to the update.
It’s just that the juxtaposition of the glitched descriptions and Sesame Street is rather amusing.
Situation? That’s terrible.
