This sign can be seen throughout Europe. It marks the end of a region through which one is required to urinate on flowers.
Americans should stop acting as if yours is the only country that matters! There is nothing whatsoever odd about this sign!

Is it high up there on your pedestal?
In the areas where one is required to urinate on the flowers, yes, as this allows the stream to reach further. In other areas, there is no pedestal. That should be obvious.
The fact that there exists a “region through which one is require to urinate on flowers” doesn’t seem odd to you?
Why do you Americans think that things are odd just because they aren’t part of your “American Way”? We do not make the same fetish of “individual liberty”, and require things of each other that people of a more selfish culture do not.
I’m curious– like, what if you can’t pee right then?? do you have to stay there and wait until you can piss on the flowers before you can be on your way?

I’ve seen this before! it’s from the Piknic Electronik events in Montreal.
We always joke about it, look at the angle if the pee.. does the stikman pee with a boner or something?
