so my new liver might come from a crack head?
I was gonna say — do they take drug-laced organs now?
I have to wonder if there wouldn’t be some contamination there..
I don’t want no crackhead’s kidneys!
Don’t worry Mr. Smith you won’t need anesthetic for the operation, your new kidney has been regularly dosed with crack for the past five years.
Do they take organ donations from crack addicts? That seems unnecessarily risky.

Do they charge extra for the non-crack addled organs, because I’d totally pay that premium.
This really belongs in Failblog. I don’t know about crack, but the person who designed this must have been on something. Not only because he failed to see the obvious implication, but also for thinking that crack heads start it because they think they have done nothing worthwhile in their life.

Who is going to use those organs anyway?
After 5 years, it was finally little Timmy’s turn to get new kidneys. Unfortunately, it were kidneys from a crack-addicted person. “Well, little Timmy. You can pass and wait another 5 years, making your waiting time a total of 10 years. If we hadn’t done these ads requesting drug-addicted people to donate their organs, you would’ve gotten fully healthy kidneys in only 6 years, AKA next year”.
Organ donations include corneas and skin, neither of which (as far as I know) are going to be contaminated by crack.
Do we really want liver donations from dead crack users?
Actually I think I read somewhere, or saw on some medical drama or somesuch, that a lot of donor organs do come from drug related deaths.
Because apparently the need to come from people who’s brains have died before the body does, not uncommon with this sort of death, otherwise rigor mortis sets in before the organs can be retrieved.
Dunno if that is actually true though.

Actually, I’ll bet crack-laden tissues and organs are extremely interesting to researchers and the medical students who work for them. Since they can’t legally give people crack and study the effects, studying the effects on (pieces of) people who messed themselves up independently would be the next best thing.

Thank god there is a prerequsite to smoking crack! Because otherwise just anybody could do it
What happens when the card carrying crack addict suffers massive organ failure from all the crack and suchlike and ends up needing a transplant?
