it has a banner on it that says, oversized load, plus those red things are traffic cones. The right side cone is on its side and left cone is standing up. I don’t think its shopped, I think the driver failed to check height before hitting the road and now they are stopped.

I think it’s not too low. It only looks like that because of the shadows on the overpass.
I am inclined to agree with you.
It is difficult to judge clearance from the ground, and from the angle shown is possible that the shed is just closer to the chase car than the overpass is, thus making it look taller.

Reminds me of something Bill Engvall once said. He said that there was a traffic jam because a tractor trailer got stuck underneath an overpass. The cop came up and he looked at the trucker, then at the truck, and finally back at the trucker and said, “Truck get stuck?”

This is indeed real, happened sometime in the last week. He didn’t hit the over pass, he barely stopped in time, but no, there wasn’t enough clearance.
I work in Meadville, MS and this is the reason my coworkers from Brookhaven were all late one day.

I saw on real-life method of people actually moving a house from one place to another. The move was painstakingly heavy, and ‘Oversize’ signs had to be placed on all directions.
This could possibly be part of a plantation, perhaps like an old slave house or something. I see stuff like this on the interstate all the time down here in Louisiana.
