Pixels could just be a result of low quality. Also, I’m not very experienced with photoshop (CS4), but the process used to get rid of those pixels is VERY simple. I doubt this is photo shopped.

At first I thought the fail was the woman’s outfit. Colors don’t work together, print skirt and clunky scarf make the ensemble too busy. But, I’ve seen celebrities dressed worse. Took me a moment to see the reflection, which I thought was kinda funny.
