Not a parenting fail – lots of parents had their kids walk in during inappropriate times – they send the kid back to bed, deal with it, and move on.

I realize what it is. This is a prudishness fail, because anybody that believes a dressed woman is inapropriate for a child is too prudish (or so oversexed that he/she sees sex in everything)
I guess it is mostly a problem for people living in a country where everything is censored.
If a parent is irresponsible to subject their child to sexual images at that age, then they will when the child is older and more likely to see sex in everything. Simple as that.
Also, putting it on the internet when there is a child in the picture is also irresponsible.
In fact, I would have doubts about anyone who takes photos of themselves like that anyway. I never see the point in putting sexual photos of yourself on the internet for any old perve to see.

How is this a “parenting fail”? Kids tend to barge in at the most inopportune times. Especially when you *thought* they were asleep. And I hate to break it to ya, but mom’s have sex lives, too! Trust me.
