sure it is. Bikes probably don’t weigh much more than 10-20 pounds. At least it doesn’t feel like it weighs much. I cart mine all over the place when the terrain gets too rough.

Not quite, you need to consider the center of gravity, which is probably just lower than the seat level for a light moped. The moped has the advantage of momentum, unless you throw it under the front wheel. The person is the weak point because his arms will turn the handles while he reacts and when he leans to avoid/react to the bike, it completely shifts the center of gravity… and this really isn’t worth the breath…

Trust me, it couldn’t possibly be Korea for 2 reasons, the roads are not filled with cars like that, and most importantly the writing is completely different from the chinese characters. I’d say it’s either China or Taiwan
it happened in china. it was pretty funny because it was all over the news on the cctv chanels. they went on to show more of the footage with the people chasing the scooter coming into the frame and everyone beating the crap out of the two.
It’s not Japan because they don’t use all the chinese characters together, I live in Japan and I can write so I know. It’s probably china, definitely not korea though.
