Yeah, seriously! As annoying and juvenile as the show is, at least they make fun of everybody equally. Even better, they’ve outright made fun of the patronizing, pitying attitude that annoys disabled people so much. I can respect them for that.
That’s exactly what the show is best at. People who can see through the “annoying and juvenile” facade can find the most intelligent references to the interesting misconceptions, generalizations and irrational behaviour in modern society that I know of on TV.

Well, both, but I was referring to the cookware. Rooster, certainly surprised me, I just need to find one of those things that goes on the end of the stickpin so I don’t a) lose it, and b) injure myself when wearing it!
The dove was one of those things where I randomly saw it and he was really paying attention.

Well, I got to play around with it on the day I got it, so it’s fully charged and filled up with apps, songs and what-have-you for tomorrow.
And to be fair, reality TV is the only other option in the 6-8pm bracket, apart from BBC Three, which, as any UK resident will tell you, is evil.
There are DVD players and Blue-ray too, I’m not watching TV because there isn’t much on here either. And I’ve got cable, with a couple of premium movie channels. Still nothing on. I may watch a few more episodes of The French Chef tonight. I nearly died laughing last night watching it with one of my friends.
Pfft, as if my family (especially my sister) would let me decide what we watched?
The French Chef? There are several, but it sounds like a Raymond Blanc sort of thing. non?
Julia Child. And incredibly funny. Mostly because she wasn’t trying to be funny. She would make odd little comments that were just hysterical! She would mess something up, and just keep going, turning her dish into something else entirely! She was amazing!

Julia Child was a better cook than any other cooking show host could ever hope to be. She was a legend. She didn’t even learn to cook until she was in her thirties! But she loved to eat, so she found a way to do what she loved, and DO something too!
