Speaking of the smutbus… where has our lovely driver been lately?
Route 358 is somewhat notorious here in Seattle. It’s the bus that ran off a local (really high – Aurora bridge, for those in the know) bridge after some nutcase shot the driver, and there have been repeated incidents involving that bus. The route provides a link between downtown Seattle and a group home for mentally disturbed individuals, which is the source of much of the insanity. “Bonus” points, the 358 was the bus involved in this incident (http://www.seattlepi.com/local/284037_bus06ww.html) which I happened to be a witness to.
That route runs by a couple of methadone clinics going through areas crawling with crackheads and hookers too

The 358 is definitely a infamous route. Nobody wants to ride it or even drive it at night. It goes down the very seedy Aurora Ave. Lots of hookers and hoodlums.
