The chest-pieces also combined into another bot as well, IIRC.

One of the Destron combiner teams in Transformers Victory was actually called the “Breast Force”. Its name likely stems from the Japanese person who named them not understanding the very modern connotation of “breast” that assumes you’re talking about those rotund features on a woman’s chest. It wasn’t that long ago that “breast” was just another way of saying “chest”. Pick up any Shakespeare play if you don’t believe me. I would bet that you’ll find some guy in any of them talking about his own breast.

There are plenty of clips of it on Youtube. The theme song “Lonely Chaser” was very good.

Anyway this particular robot was called Burst Chaser. Due to the oddities of rendering English words with Japanese syllables, Burst became buresuto which became Breast and that’s how the box ended up being funny.
