Just report the picture to your county DA. They know how to handle the broadcasting of crimes such as rape, child abuse, murder, etc. I too am going to stop visiting failblog because of this photo and the inaction of the owners if this board.

This picture is in HORRIBLE taste. I also tried to send an email yet it wouldn’t go through. I am the LEAST prude person in the world and I usually LOVE this website, but after seeing this picture I’m mortified at their morals here. Some idiot actually had the nerve to say it’s OK to serve your child alcohol. OK, maybe a sip or two of wine at christmas, but not a F***ING BEER BONG YOU MORON. not only can they cause aphyxiation, its a freaking drug for anyone under 21. AND THEY”RE ACTUALLY LAUGHING? this is horrible. I have EXTREME distaste in my mouth for this site after seeing this. How could no one take this photo down?

The main cause of the headache resulting from a hangover is dehydration, your logic would dictate that not only is beer incapable of causing hangovers, it helps prevent them. Which is of course stupid.

Publishing this picture was very poor judgement by the owners / admins of this forum. Yes, it MAY be protected under the 1st amendment, but it shows this otherwise funny and on topic site in a very bad light as an indulgent, anything goes voyuerdome future generations be damned. Beer doesn’t have enough alcohol to be dehydrating.

Think about it… if you fill a glass up with water and add one drop, it has alcohol, but do you think it’s dehydrating? Sure beer has more than a drop of alcohol, but 5% isn’t enough.

Actually, it isn’t illegal to give alcohol to people under 21 if they are your children, and you are present at all times while they consume it and for a set amount of time afterwords. At least not in most states. Feel free to look it up. Still, this kid looks a little young to be trying alcohol. I hope he got sick and learned his lesson.

Then you should be disgusted. Look at the yellowish fluid near the boy’s mouth… that isn’t Coke. There’s another picture out there of this happy little group with the beer-administering female posing with the boy and the bong; the tube has white foam residue in it.

Oh, and to round out the sexist comments: I would, like, totally do that hottie with the cell phone. That sweet torso would feel soooo good locked between my knees. Yeah, it goes both ways, fellas. XD
